ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Inspects and packs ware from auto-pack or pack table. Uses approved measuring devices to check dimensions.
- Visually inspects vials for defects
- Shrink and seal modules per process sheet or special instructions
- Places sealed trays on pallets per process sheet configuration
- Reads, understands and follows blueprints and written specifications
- Performs as directed, periodic statistical sampling of incoming vials
- Performs 100% reselection of lots rejected during preliminary quality sampling
- Maintains records as required and follows instructions from process sheets
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing experience preferable
